For more than 20 years, Wesley Jenks has been helping clients build wealth through strategic real estate investments, development, and construction. Over the course of his career, Wes has brokered more than $70 million in commercial and residential real estate transactions across multiple states, earning a reputation for market expertise, creative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to his clients' success.
Beginning his career leasing office and retail properties in South Florida and Tampa, Wes expanded Jenks Realty into a licensed brokerage serving Connecticut, Florida, New York, and Ohio. Today, he brings a unique perspective that few professionals can offer—combining the experience of a broker, investor, developer, and builder under one roof.
As the owner of Jenks Construction, Wes specializes in custom luxury homes, commercial construction, and development projects, guiding clients from concept and land acquisition through design, construction, and completion. His deep understanding of both real estate and construction allows clients to maximize value while transforming their vision into reality.
Wes holds a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Finance for the Town of East Hampton, Connecticut. He also co-founded the Lake Pocotopaug Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring and protecting one of Connecticut's most cherished natural resources.
Whether representing a multimillion-dollar commercial transaction, developing investment properties, or building a custom dream home, Wes is driven by a simple philosophy: deliver exceptional results through expertise, integrity, and hands-on involvement in every project.
When he's not working with clients, Wes enjoys spending time with his family, cultivating his bonsai collection, and pursuing his passions for snowboarding, wakeboarding, and surfing.

Johnathan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business extraordinaire. For over a decade, he’s successfully run SnapSeat Photo Booths, a thriving company primarily in New England but with a global reach. In addition to SnapSeat, he operates an estate auction company in Connecticut. With a longstanding friendship with Wes, stepping into real estate was a natural fit to help serve his extensive network of clients.
